What do you get when you mix “The Hottest Leather Event in New England” with THE hottest underwear party in Provincetown?
Starting at 9:30, the First Mate Contest will be held and should last no more than an hour. Support your favorite contestant with thunderous applause.
The First Mate Contest winner will receive a $500.00 cash prize, $100 Full Kit Gear gift card, a two-night stay at Queen Vic Guest House during MLW 2027 and the title First Mate 2026.
Contest at 9:30 pm sharp.
Once the winners are announced, the celebration continues with DJ William Francis at the helm.

Get your tickets from MLW’s Raffle Boy TBA and Raffle Boy TBA for your chance to win one of the great donations from local and visiting merchants & restaurants. $2 each, 3 for $5 or $20 from “Boots to Balls”. Raffle will be called at 2:00 by First Mate 2001 David Oravez with prizes awarded by Raffle Master Jeff Arnold. You must be present to win.
Buzzcut Barbers Danny Pantaleo & Billie Jean Beetam of SNIP Salon and Dennis Sullivan of Dennis’ Shop will be there to get you looking your best. There is minimum charge for their services but Danny, Billie Jean and Dennis donate ALL of their tips to ASGCC. (suggested donation $25+). They are the best in the Buzz-Biz.
This is the last MLW event of the weekend to have your boots shined up from award winning MLW Resident Bootblack Jay Falcon.
If you’re looking to lighten your load, drop off your gently worn leather and other clothes to the MLW Booth. All donations will be delivered to Ruthie’s, Provincetown’s Thrift Store, whose profits go to local charities.
